Turnkey manufacturing

Support for projects through multiple stages.

Byers Precision Fabricators, Inc. can support custom metal projects through fabrication, machining, forming, welding, finishing, assembly, and coordinated production support.

Stages of a project

From first operation to finished assembly.

Many custom components need more than one process. A turnkey approach lets you discuss the whole part or assembly rather than each operation on its own.

Which stages a project includes depends on the part. How each stage is carried out is confirmed with you during quoting.

When it fits

Projects that bring several processes together.

A turnkey approach is worth discussing whenever a part or assembly moves through more than one stage of production.

Multi-process parts

Components that are fabricated, formed, welded, machined, or finished as part of the same job.

Complete assemblies

Assemblies that combine several fabricated or machined components into a finished unit.

One conversation

Customers who would rather discuss the whole project and its schedule together than separate operations.
